An exciting 4 month temporary opportunity has become available working for one of Australia's leading mining companies for a talented and experienced Site Administrator.The Opportunity:You will be responsible for :Working on SAP to process all relevant safety administration relating to employees and their Fitness to WorkOrganising training and inductionsAdministrative input of safety data and safety reporting as requiredMobilise temporary contractors under advisement / approval of the mobilisation coordinatorMobilise permanent contractors on receipt of a travel & accommodation request form as provided by the site sponsorEnsure all mobilisation documents and arrange any necessary inductionsMobilise visitors to site on receipt of a travel & accommodation request form as provided by the site sponsor. Ensure all mobilisation documents and arrange any necessary inductionsGenerate purchase orders and entry sheets as requiredReconcile invoices against timesheets received and entered into SAP. Challenge any variances with vendorMobilise new personnel. The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for :

  • Working on SAP to process all relevant safety administration relating to employees and their Fitness to Work
  • Organising training and inductions
  • Administrative input of safety data and safety reporting as required
  • Mobilise temporary contractors under advisement / approval of the mobilisation coordinator
  • Mobilise permanent contractors on receipt of a travel & accommodation request form as provided by the site sponsor
