You will provide full oversight of engagement initiatives, operational safety delivery and help further develop the safety and environment management system. You will oversee quality systems and processes whilst actively championing a robust culture across the entire business to ensure product safety and quality. Leadership will be a critical focus of this role and will  manage a part time Quality Assurance resource. A key objective is to support every Manager to deliver group wide HSEQ priorities.To be successful in the role you will be an experienced Health & Safety and Quality professional with a solid understanding of the philosophies of risk management and health & safety. Your outstanding interpersonal skills and being able to develop relationships, influence and deliver at all levels will be critical to your success along with the ability to travel extensively between Christchurch and Blenheim. Energy and flexibility to thrive in a constantly changing environment will also be key. You will be a highly motivated self starter who leads by example, with a professional attitude.
